The MemberNation4 platform had no public online store. In order to sell its various educational and promotional materials, League staffers were taking phone orders and using workarounds like selling via donation pages. The process was frustrating to members and time-consuming for staff, and cost the organization significant revenue.
The improved public page allows anyone to purchase materials and gear, and allows for multi-tiered volume pricing for the League’s most popular product, the Smart Cycling Quick Guide. On the back-end, a simple fulfillment process based on list views has sped the process of getting orders shipped, and greatly reduced the number of errors.
